If running it on Avaya IP Office 8.0 - IP500 it must be running on Essential Edition

If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
