Avaya Partner ACS Business Phone System that will allow 12 incoming lines with caller ID, voicemail, and up to 32 telephone stations. The Avaya Partner ACS phone system is capable of music on hold, transfer, intercom, paging, interoffice speed dial, and speakerphones. This is just for the system itself with no phones. Phones can be purchased separately. This Avaya Partner system is good if you already have the phones, or if your existing system is defective and you need a replacement.
You will need someone to professionally install/program this system for you. You will need to get your own manuals and installation guides needed as they will not be provided. This system has music on hold built into the processor but a separate cord must be purchased to go along with your music source (CD player, tape player, radio).

We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
Most phones will ship within 2 business days. We are closed on weekends and don't ship products on Saturday or Sunday. Priority shipments usually ship the same business day, if it must ship the same day please call after you place your order to make sure we can fulfill it the same day.
