Double check to make sure you do not have Comdial Executech 6414 Phones, These phones are not compatible with 6414 phones even though they look very similar.

This is for the Model 6614 Phones, not the 6414 Phones.

The Comdial 6614 phone is a twenty-two line standard phone which works on the Comdial Executech black phone systems, no the tan colored systems. Works on the Executech phone system (call if you have questions on compatibility)

Not a speakerphone
Comes in grey (this phone is yellowed due to age, it is not the original grey color)
Refurbished

If you buy this phone, and you need the 6414 phone, you will have to send it back to us and wait until we get in the compatible phone. Therefore you will also have to pay the difference. We do not currently have 6414 phones in stock, so this could be a long wait. This text is here just to make sure you double check what phone you have before you commit to buy.

We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
