We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
