There are many Comdial phones, but each must work on the appropriate phone system. Comdial has manufactured multiple phone systems throughout the years, and there are major compatibility issues. As the consumer, you must purchase the Comdial telephone that will work on your existing Comdial phone system.

Our Comdial phone systems are monitor phones which work on the Executech system and support 2 to 23 lines. We also sell Comdial phone parts, such as handsets and expansion cards for your growing business. The Comdial phones are available in ash, gray, or black.

Comdial DX-80 Phone 7260-00

Comdial DX-80 Business Telephone (model 7260-00) - The Comdial DX80 phone works on the Comdial DX-80 business telephone system. The Comdial DX80 phone comes in black.

There are three main Comdial phone systems. The older Comdial Executech Telephone system, the more recent Comdial Impact DSU/DSU II Telephone system, and the Comdial DX-80 (7260-00) phone system. Not all Comdial telephones will work on all Comdial phone systems. Comdial phones are very complicated with compatibility. If you are not sure what phones will work on your system, please feel free to ask.

Exceptions to the Comdial Compatibility Rules:

6614-XX, 6614E-XX, 6614T-XX, 6614S-XX, 6600-XX, 6600S-XX may work on the Comdial NO KSU's but the buttons work different and you will need to do some programming.

8312S-XX, 8324S-XX, 8324SJ-XX will work on the Impact GO KSU's if the software is revision 20A or higher
