The Nortel Startalk Flash is a great voicemail for small to medium businesses. It must be used with the older Nortel Meridian 824 or 616 phone system with DR 5 software. This has built in auto attendant which can be turned on or off during specific hours of the day.

We accept product returns for 30 days for just about any reason. If you bought the wrong item, don't like the fit of a headset, or just changed your mind we'll take it back. If you want to return any phones or parts please use the original packing materials as the items much be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs, safe packaging, and insurance.
Most phones will ship within 2 business days. We are closed on weekends and don't ship products on Saturday or Sunday. Priority shipments usually ship the same business day, if it must ship the same day please call after you place your order to make sure we can fulfill it the same day.
